Meet the Chef Founders
GET THIS....The founders of Omnivore Meats, a food company, are CHEFS! 👩🏻🍳👨🏻🍳Not just any old chefs, they're professionally trained chefs from The Culinary Institute of America who have dedicated their lives to nourishing our lives and bodies through good food.
Chefs Gabriella and Walker have the passion and knowledge to make food delicious, healthy, crave-able, and sustainable.
So this was how it started...
One was in food product development, the other, was in food education and sustainability. One was a meat-eater (Walker), and the other was a vegetarian (Gabriella). Gabriella was making her favorite food, bolognese, but with vegetarian meat instead. Then they thought, what would happen if we mixed meat into the vegetarian meat? They were able to reduce the amount of meat we were eating but still able to enjoy its amazing flavor, texture, and nutrition. From that moment on the rest was history and Omnivore Meats was born.
I know what you're thinking, all food companies are started by chefs, right? Nope, and that's what makes our brand Omnivore Meats special because we know good food and that's the sole reason why we went into this business. We wanted to bring it to you too.
