- 3 TBSP canola oil
- 2 cups, popcorn kernels
- 3 tsp NiceSpice Co- Umami flavor
Combine the popcorn kernels and the canola oil in a deep pot over high heat. Cook the popcorn, frequently shaking the pot to move the kernels. Once you hear the first kernel pop, place the lid on the pot and lower the heat to medium. Still shake the pot, until the sound of the kernels popping slows to nearly a stop after about 6 minutes.
Pour the popcorn into a large mixing bowl and sprinkle the Umami Nice Spice over the popcorn. Toss to coat.
Eat up and enjoy the extra boost of flavor and nutrition on your popcorn!
*Tip* To make this even more delicious, melt 4 TBSP of unsalted butter and mix in the Umami Nice Spice before incorporating it to the popcorn.
